How do I fix it in WordPress? I create websites in Dreamweaver and on other platforms, but am not sure what is going on to create this issue on this website – both for some of the secondary menu pages as well as the links. Can you help me?

You place the images in WordPress using the media button which puts them into the media library and in the wp-content/uploads folder.
You can’t use the links as supplied in Dreamweaver. I use Dreamweaver also for managing files and for code, css changes but moving a webpage designed in html to a php and css evviroment is tough.
I did upload the images through the media button upload. I don’t know why it is showing up with the IP address (http://173.247.241.58/~vacati35/wp/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/brewster-1bo-living-room-768×432.jpg) rather than the correct website image location (http://brewstergardensapartments.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/brewster-1bo-living-room-768×432.jpg). How do I fix this? I haven’t had issues with images for any of the other pages that I created originally, just the pages that I just added. I’m also having trouble with the URL showing up as an IP address sometimes for these new pages, while other times it is the correct web address. This might be the cause of the problem with the images, although I’m not sure.
Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
