Hi! I am using the 360 plugin and each image is showing up as a grey grid with a sad face in it. We have all of the short codes in place, and a few of the images show up, but most do not. The Autoptimze plugin is not on the site, and it is not a Divi issue. Also, on some of the images the screen is red until you click on it. Once you click on it, the images appear. The page is within a client portal, so hard to attach a link.

Hi, can you post a similar test page and give us the link to the page? Thanks.

Here is a test link: https://www.mstrategicpartners.com/central-plant-test/

Sometimes some show up, sometimes its a grey square after awhile, and sometimes a bright red square shows up (but goes away once clicked on)

Hi @wrightsarah , we looked into it.

We believe there is a conflict with another plugin which is creating an error on your site.

To identify the plugin in fault, you can try unit testing of your plugins.

    Here’s how.

    Step1:
Just for a few minutes, deactivate all the plugins you have, except WPVR, and check if the tour appears. If it does, proceed to the next step. If it doesn’t inform us right away.

    Step2:
Next, activate another plugin and reload the page with the tour and see if the tour is still there.

    Step3:
Keep activating plugins one by one and checking if the tour still works.

    Step4:
At a point, you will see that when you activate a particular plugin, the tour will not load. This means that plugin is the reason the tour was not loading. Let us know which plugin that is.

Once you trace the plugin, let us know and you can then re-activate all the plugins you need. Meanwhile, we will check and give you instructions on what to do next.

    Thanks.

    Hi CS,

I have been emailing support. I had preformed the recommendations with the plugins and still the issue occurred. Your team emailed me thinking it was an issue with the Divi theme and were testing it, however I emailed them Monday to see if they had any updates and have not heard back.

The issue is still occurring with the tours. I emailed a video to the team of the issue.

    Hi CS,

I hadn’t heard back for some time, so I ended up doing some research and finding that the browsers can only handle loading so many WebGL scripts at one time. We minimized the amount of tours per page and that resolved our issues.

    Thanks for all your time!

Hi @wrightsarah , it’s good to know that you found the solution.

Also, I am not sure what happened, cause I did check that my dev team sent you emails. Maybe it went to spam. Sorry about that.

For now, it’s great that the issue was resolved. Next time I will try to handle your requests myself so that there is no communication gap.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Take care and stay safe.
