Images not showing in IOS mail app (iPhone / iPad)

    Hi there,

    Emails that have been sent from my domain won’t show any images in the IOS mail app. In other mail clients it works fine.

    I have tried all settings on multiple iPhones and IPads but I can’t them to show. I have also contacted Apple support but they don’t have a solution for this.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    Hi @h4ldrz,

    Thanks for reaching out! Your issue seems to be similar to this.

    1) Go to Mail > Privacy Protection and then disable the option Protect Mail Activity
    2) Disable Block All Remote Content option within the Privacy Protection area.

    After that, try testing your emails again.
