  • Hi @samuelng527,

Thanks for reaching out to us!
I investigated this and you have an error, screenshot: https://gyazo.com/d962e6b328cfb8733ee7b31f9e6adc4d
This happens because you have another jQuery script included under Modula’s script and it should be above it causing the error.
You will need to contact your theme’s developer and ask them to move it. This will fix it.

Please let me know if you have questions.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hi @samuelng527,

As much as I would love to help that theme is not developed by us and we do not know where that would be.
Where did you purchased the theme from?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hi @mplusb ,

It was a customized theme done by my previous vendor few years back and now unable to get hold of him. Sad.
