    The images for my site are not showing.

    I have used this plugin since last January with no issues, until the last update to the latest version of WordPress, when the images appear to have stopped working.

    I’ve verified that the source image files still exist in the right spot, but they don’t show on the front end.

    At the same time, no matter where I am on my dashboard within a few moments the screen always redirects to the settings page on WPCatalogue. If I am editing something, it redirects to the WPC settings page. if I am looking at plugins, it redirects to the WPC settings page.

    I have tried disabling the plugin. This stopped the redirect, but it also removed all my listings.

    I tried disabling and reenabling all plugins then saving my permalinke structure. No difference.

    Help please.

    Cool, glad to know the roll back at least fixed it for now. We are continuing to work on a fix and will release ASAP.

    No QuackShack – no security concerns. The releases since 1.3.1 have all been feature additions/improvements, specifically to do with the image handling.

    Could some one upload an older version like 1.3 ?

    The problem described in this thread was solved weeks ago. So if you are still having this issue our support staff will want to know about it, and work with you to get it fixed. Thanks.

    There should not be any problem with images in the free version. If you’d like help troubleshooting this please open your own support thread with full details I will need to help you > https://wordpress.org/support/topic/start-here-basic-troubleshooting-steps

    Or to downgrade any wordpress.org plugin at any time you can visit the “developers” tab > https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-catalogue/developers/ > here you will see previously tagged versions of the plugin.

    Hi Maeve,

    Has this issue actually been resolved?

    Last step I took (one month ago, under instruction from tech support) was to downgrade to an earlier version while the bugs were getting worked out.

    Have the bugs been worked out? Can I upgrade to the latest version yet?

    I had to rebuild my whole website and discontinued using that plugin.

    There just isn’t the proper support.

    Yep all resolved now, you can safely update to 1.4.4

    I am sincerely sorry you had a bad experience. You’re obviously annoyed, and I can totally understand how frustrating it is when a plugin doesn’t work properly for you.     I have solved the problem going back to v 1.7.4 , when ik do an upgrade to V1.7.5, no images, no thumbs…

    (Hope I”m on the right forum ?? This my first post)

    I can’t seem to upload images to my product catalogue anymore either.

    I was able to a few weeks ago, however recently this function has ceased.

    I try to upload from my media file by navigating to the specific image and opting for it.

    The system appears to go through the motions, but the image does not appear in the catalogue.

    Occasionally, though not always, I have the small broken image icon in the top left hand corner of where the image should be.

    Images which were working have recently dropped off when I try to add additional images to the specific product profile – say two or three images of the same product from a different angle.

    I’m using the free version of Spacious and the free WP catalogue.

    This thread discusses an image problem with WP Catalogue PRO version, which is now resolved. If you have a new problem (sounds like you have something SIMILAR, but not the SAME because it applies to latest FREE version of the plugin) please post your own thread and I will help you.

    Sorry to be the forum-police on this… just that it’s extremely hard to keep facts straight and follow a logical troubleshooting path if the threads get mixed up like this.

    I am using the free 1.75 version and cannot get the images to display

    I have check that the images uploaded are created in the necessary sizes in my ftp and using the insert in post method using file link but still no joy
    any assistance would be greatly appreciated
