Images not show up when choosing “Related posts thumbnail size”

    Under Related Post>Thumbnails>Related posts thumbnail size, when I choose “Medium”, “1536*1536” or “2048*2048”, I can see the image on the page under “Related Chemicals”.
    But only when I choose “Thumbnail”, no images appear. Could you let me know how to solve it? Thanks
