Images not restoring to media library

Hello, We are having issues getting the images to restore to the media library and off the Optimole server. We have followed all the steps in the documentation we’ve found, i.e. using list view in the media library to restore them etc. but nothing seems to be working.

The client has decided to no longer use the plugin, so we need to remove it, however we’re not able to due to the images then disappearing!

Please can you assist, it’s quite an urgent issue.
