Images not resizing

    Hi there,

    I hope you are able to help me out.

    We are using an affiliate marketing software/plugin that brings in products to our catalogue from affiliate platforms, together with their corresponding images.

    The product images at present come in at all different sizes, causing a problem when displayed in the shop page all together.

    We’ve enabled smart resize and used force regenerate thumbnail images, but they are still not appearing how we want them..

    Is there anything else you can recommend?

    Hello,

    Just to confirm, Did you uncheck the box “Skip regenerating existing correctly sized thumbnails (faster)” when using the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin?

    Hi Nabil,

    Yes we’ve ran through the full course with both the options.

    Is there anything else you can suggest?

    Sorry for my late answer.

    Please update to the latest version, and try to regenerate thumbnails.
