Hi, yesterday I updated my site and any of my plugins which had updates available as I hadn’t done this for a few weeks. My website immediately stopped loading any images or allowing me to use the hamburger menu on the mobile version. After deactivating and reactivating most of my plugins I worked out that it was the SG one causing the issues and so I’ve had to disable it to keep my site running. I could do with some support to get it back up and running the plugin properly. Many thanks.

    Hey @ciararush

You have to exclude the rev slider files from the JavaScript combination and everything should work.

Ok I will try that – how do I do it?

@sstoqnov – please can you give me some more guidance on how to exclude the rev slider files. Do I need to do this via the SG Plugin or elsewhere on my site?

Please can I have some more assistance with this. I do not believe it is only a problem with slider revolution as every time I enable SG optimiser I lose all my galleries, sliders and some content blocks. I have tried enabling and disabling several elements of the plugin on both my sites and I currently just can’t run it which is extremely frustrating.

    Hey there @ciararush,

When you enable the plugin, go to Frontend Optimization -> enable thee Combine JavaScript Files. After the combination is enabled an Exclude from JavaScript Combination should be visible, click on it, and from there select the scripts for the rev slider.

This should exclude the rev slider from the combination and everything should be working as expected. However, if you still have any issues, feel free to reach back to us.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

Hi @stoyangeorgiev, thank you for your reply. Most of my http://www.thecopperknots.com website is now working except some of the themes assets on my home page. However with my doonerush.co.uk site I’m still missing YouTube embeds, sliders and galleries. Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there @ciararush,

We had another look at your website.

Disable the JS Minification and the issue should be resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan
