# Images not loading

 * Everything works fine except when we click on the image it starts loading but
   never shows picture. I tried to deactivate my theme and all other plugins. I 
   also tried different portfolio themes. Even tried installing the plugin on my
   test site on WordPress 3.8 with no other extensions.

 * Check Step#4 of Quick user guide 🙂 I believe you are missing this step.
 * In the next version, I will use Featured Image in place of Image/Video URL field
   value, if the value is missing.
 * > 4. Specify full-size Image URL or Video URL (youtube, vimeo) in the input field
   > Image/Video URL on the left. You can also use URL from Media Library button
   > to select the URL of full-size image from Media Library.
