Images not importing
-
I just installed your plugin and I successfully imported 3 blog posts to test. However, the images on the posts did not come through. Any ideas how to fix this? I have 222 total posts to import.

This is the page in HubSpot: All County Property Management Solidifies Franchise FastLane Partnership to Strengthen Its Franchise Network
Update: I just checked the media library and the images did import into there but as you can see about, they didn’t make it over to the actual blog page.
Thanks for the update and details. I understand the images are in the media library but not showing in the posts.
I’ll check this issue on my end and get back to you shortly with an update.
Appreciate your patience!
Thank you for your patience.
We identified the issue — although the images were imported into the Media Library, the post content was still referencing the original HubSpot image URLs.
This has now been resolved. The plugin will correctly replace HubSpot image links with the locally imported WordPress media URLs during the import process.
Please update to version 1.2.1 to apply the fix. After updating, re-import and refresh the posts, the images should load directly from your WordPress site.
Please let us know if everything works as expected.
Still didn’t work..

If I open up the page in edit, I see the hero image but it doesn’t appear on the page
Just to confirm — the image is visible inside the post editor and set as the hero/featured image, but it’s not appearing on the blog detail page when viewing the post on the front end. Is that correct?
Could you please confirm this once?
If you prefer, you can also reach me via the plugin support page or at priyanksukhadiya2001@gmail.com (listed on the plugin page), and I can guide you more quickly there.Looking forward to your confirmation so we can resolve this
Sorry, I missed this. Yes, that is the case.

Thanks for confirming.
The images are actually importing correctly and are being set as the featured image for the posts. The reason they are not showing on the blog detail page is likely due to your current WordPress theme, as some themes don’t automatically display featured images on single post pages.
You can quickly test this by switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four). If the image appears there, then it’s a theme display setting.
Please check once and let me know
Got it to work. Thank you so much. It was the theme settings
I do have an additional question. There are some blog posts with video. President Trump Speaks on Franchising – Franchise FastLane that aren’t coming through clean. This is how it appears in HubSpot. President Trump Speaks on Franchising
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Just sent you an email as well. Thanks
Thanks for sharing the example and for sending the email as well — received it
I checked this on my end. This type of video/content is coming from HubSpot in a different format, so it’s not being handled cleanly during import right now. I’ll be improving the handling in the plugin so these posts import properly.
Once the improvement is ready, I’ll release it in a new update and let you know here.
Really appreciate your patience and support! Thanks for the quick response!
We’ve resolved this issue in the latest release, along with additional improvements to the import handling and overall stability.
Please update the plugin to version 1.2.2. The video/content should now import correctly.
Kindly let us know if everything works as expected after updating. We appreciate your support and feedback.
