    Hi=)

I am creating a catalog for my website (horuspaper.com). I have uploaded a few products along with pictures. Once you go to click on the actual product it says not found=/ I am not sure what to change. I would like when the picture is clicked on the viewers are able to see the information I typed for that product.

I checked the permalink on the media library and it matches the permalink on the actual product page. The image on the product page is set to the same permalink. I also tried changing the image to file url and attachment.

Another thing I am not sure how to change is the actual menu. The pictures are under the menu. I would like the menu to be on the left hand side and the pictures to the right of the menu as shown in the demo.

    Please help! Thank you!

    Hi PBE,

For your first issue of broken links try re-saving your permalink structure and I think this will fix it.

For the pictures under menu issue – this is just a matter of styling your catalogue via your theme css. I checked your site and in your case the problem is that the column for the catalogue thumbs is not wide enough so I suggest you start by disabling the sidebar on the catalogue pages to make room for the catalogue.

    Hi Maeve Lander,

I tried and it did not work=/

If i go to any of the products and click on view product… it says it is not found… so is the image uploaded link supposed to be the same as the permalink?

As for the product menu I did try disabling the sidebar but it still is cluttered… I went ahead and did it again so you could take a look.

    Thank you=)

Not sure if this makes a difference… I went to media library and noticed that the images are attached to attachment page… which is the first draft of the site I did before I got the wp catalog app… I basically uploaded the files for plastic products and paper products and attached the images to those pages…. so should I delete the gallery? Eventually when I do the catalog I prefer those pages to link to the catalog not the gallery…. I just didn’t want people to go to the site and not see anything=/

I deleted the pictures and uploaded them again… not sure what you mean by resaving the permalink structure? Change the name and save?

Also…. the product pictures are always the the right unless you go to all products… not sure how to fix these issues=/ please help

Sorry=) Sooo I finally got the images to work correctly when one clicks on them… my only issue now is when you go to http://www.horuspaper.com/catalog/ … all the items appear beneath the left sidebar but once you click on a product category, for example http://www.horuspaper.com/wpccategories/aluminum-products/ … the items will appear to the right side of the tool bar… which is what I would like for the main catalog page… (all products http://www.horuspaper.com/catalog/) I disabled everything on the right side of the page so you can see that it still isn’t adjusting… thank you for your time=)

Your links don’t work, and I still don’t have a clear idea what the issue is. Please can you clearly explain your problem by using this template:

    Plugin version:
Link to the affected page on my site:

I expected the plugin to do this:

    Instead it did this:

Here's what I've tried so far:

    Thanks – much appreciated
