    Hi!

I’ve been searching for a solution to this issue but haven’t had any luck. I’m uploading images to use for the gallery. When I upload the images, they display momentarily in the backend and disappear when refreshed. The images do not display in the frontend at all. I have tried adjusting the settings to the gallery itself and also tried changing the settings on the gallery through the Activity Manager and both have not worked. I also noticed that there is no checkbox next to the images to activate them while adding a listing.

At first when I uploaded these images, the backend kept saying that the images were too big. I tried re-sizing them to a much smaller file size, and it still does not display.

Any help would be appreciated as I am at a loss.

    Thank you for your time.

    I narrowed down the issue.

When I logged into FTP to view the images I have been uploading, nothing was in the folders. How do I get the folders to accept images or switch the folder it uploads to? I’ve changed the File Permissions to 777 already.

I figured it out. When adding a new listing, I had to put in all the content and aspects of the property in first, then finalize. After finalizing, I added the images and did not finalize afterwards and the images showed up.

Hope this helps someone else out. =]

    Hi,

Please open a private ticket here to check the issue on your website, you don’t have to finalize the property first and then upload the images, it should work fine even before finalize.

For enabling “Media Confirm” you can do it from WPL->Settings->Global->Media Confirm.

    Regards,
