Hi @dswiese!
Strange, I’m wondering if you’re on a local site or a site that is currently password-protected (so you can see and access the images but MailChimp cannot)?
If you give an example of the HTML you’re copying and pasting into MailChimp I can probably see why the images aren’t accessible.
update: so the plugin is generating the image url based on the 300(ish) thumbnail.
which doesnt seem to exist, but the main image itself does.
Should I try to regen all my thumbnails?
Or where does it determine which image size to use?

I think we posted at the same time. Let me know if that update make sense
The image not existing would certainly do it 🙂
Which one it’s using is determined under Event Calendar Newsletter then Settings. You can try a different size there, and regenerate if you recently switched themes and it uses different thumbnail sizes. Hopefully that does the trick!
Thanks!! Yes I think I need to regen all my thumbnails.
