    Update:

I just noticed the following message from Optimole:

It seems your are using W3 Total Cache.
If you are using the css or javascript minify/combine option from W3 Total Cache -> Perfomance -> Minify page.
Add this line: https://mlcshyggpag4.i.optimole.com/* to Include external files/libraries and check Use regular expressions for file matching checkbox.

Please tell me where I should add the line and where to find the check box. Am unable to locate them. Thanks!

    Hi @richard1250

Thank you for contacting us and using Optimole.

It should be added in the settings of the W3 Total Cache plugin. In the notification that you copied to the email sent to us – please open it again in the dashboard and you’ll see the word is clickable; click on it and you’ll be redirected to the necessary area.

In case you didn’t, then go to Performance>Minify, scroll down to the Advanced sub-box (or select it in the top menu). There you have the “Never minify the following JS files:” text-area in which you can enter specific JS files.

Please let us know if this solves your issue and feel free to contact us if you require further assistance or have any additional inquiries.

    Best regards,

Also, I noticed that your site images are being redirected and shows 302 error, so kindly whitelist requests with User Agent: Optimole(1.0) and images should start being served properly by Optimole.

    Thank you!

Thanks Kush – I followed your instructions as you can see here but, after clearing the cache, the problem still exists partly in the page https://webhostingkeuze.nl/hoeveel-betalen-voor-webhosting/ because the last image under the title “WordPress Hosting” is not appearing. Thanks again for your help!

Just noticed that it’s OK in latest version Chrome but not in latest version of Firefox. Mysterious!

    Hi @richard1250

I have checked your site on latest version of Firefox as well and it works fine on my end. Can you please try clearing the cache of your browser?

    Thank you!

I cleared the cache but problem is still there. The last 2 images are not showing in firefox. Did I make the correct settings like here? Can this issue be related to lazy loading?

    Hi @richard1250

I have checked the page you shared and I can see images optimised properly – https://vertis.d.pr/i/bqt8r4

Kindly attach the screenshot of the section in case you are referring to a different section on the page.

Also for whitelisting we meant it from your hosting, check the doc here – https://docs.optimole.com/article/1344-how-to-whitelist-optimole-user-agent-on-cloudflare

    Thank you!
