    Hello – Several customers indicated images are not displaying on their browsers. My dashboard says I amm out of credits. I logged into shortpixel and it says I have 200 credits available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, since it is downtime for me.

  • I can’t even see the image settings tab anymore within the plugin settings, seems to be completely gone….??

    @serapiony I still see images;

    When out of credits Shortpixel will redirect from the CDN back to the origin site, so images should never vanish.

    @basbit never heard that before. do you still see the “extra” tab?

    NO i don’t have that tab, i only have 3 tabs now

    In that case *something* (your theme or another plugin?) is using the autoptimize_filter_extra_activate filter to deactivate the Extra & Images tabs @basbit . I for one Would be interested to know who is doing that *grin* 😉

    I did a search on the entire folder, and it only finds “autoptimize_filter_extra_activate” in autoptimizeMain.php

    For the rest not in any plugin or theme

    serapiony I assume this was a (very) temporary hiccup at shortpixel and that all is well now so I’ll close this thread, feel free to follow up here if you encounter any more issues! 🙂
