Images Not Displaying

    I’ve just downloaded the Envira gallery plugin and followed the video tutorial but my images won’t display.

    Simply adding images to the gallery and leaving all the config settings as default meant that no images would display on the page at all.

    I disabled lazy loading and the images would then display but only in a single column on the left hand side of the page and they aren’t clickable.

    I’ve tried different browsers and have also tried disabling all my other plugins but still no luck.

    Am I missing something?

    Hi @jamzth I don’t seem to be able to submit a support ticket, since I’m not using the paid version. I’ve completed a form with a basic question but if there’s a way of setting up an account so I can simply log in please let me know and I’ll do that.

    I have DO have a paid account and I am over here because the support tab in my account doesn’t work! Please fix your email support form.

    Having problems getting any help with this. I had a reply to my email yesterday asking for login credentials to access my WP account but nothing since. When I got in touch again today I was asked if I’d received that email so I’ve replied again (3 times now) giving the login details and have heard nothing back. I also have a plugin that sends me an email when someone logs into my WP account and have had no alerts in relation to the new admin account so I’m kind of stuck. It seems that it’s actually Envira that aren’t receiving my messages rather than the other way around so not sure where that leaves me, other than looking for a different portfolio plugin.

    Hi @cathryn19,

    We’ve not received your reply and I’m so sorry for that. It does look like the images are working on the link that you sent. What browser and OS are you using when viewing the gallery? Again, I apologize for the issue in connection.
