Hello, I use a plugin to offload media to an S3 bucket. When using this plugin I can’t see any photos in my library. It’s showing the broken image icon.

Here is a screen shot of my browser console errors: https://assets.lettermenrow.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/03094109/Screen-Shot-2021-05-03-at-9.36.11-AM.png

(Site health is ok and disabling video optimization does not work)

    Thanks for your help!

Thanks, @willcrall, for the quick response.

    1. External resources being loaded from a different host need to provide an Access-Control-Allow-Origin header.

CORS error can occur when your site is trying to load files from a different domain than your WordPress domain. Your CDN needs to provide this Access-Control-Allow-Origin response header for all these assets. Access-Control-Allow-Origin: https://www.yourdomain.com or the less restrictive Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * should work. Please contact your website administrator or hosting provider for help with adjusting your CORS settings to make them less restrictive and allow these files to be accessed.

    2. Could you try a hard refresh after disable the video optimization setting in an incognito window to see if this workaround works?

    3. Could you submit your Site Health information through this private form to help us look for any other conflicting plugins?
