We use an ERP system. The ERP system is connected to our WordPress site. Around the clock, new images from the ERP system are loaded into the WordPress site. Unfortunately, the plugin does not automatically load the new images into the CDN. We always have to manually start the upload by clicking ‘Upload attachments’. With over 10,000 images, this is not a viable way. What are we doing wrong here?

    Hello @fn16

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share which CDN you are using? Can you please share your CDN settings in Performance>CDN?
Just to confirm, you are using Origin Push CDN type?
    Thank you!

    Hi Marko,

we use AWS S3 and CloudFront with EU (Frankfurt) location. We strictly followed the instructions and did only create user with necessary privileges in AWS. For bucket creation we used your buildin “Create as new bucket with distribution”. SSL Support is Auto. Everyhting worked great, only automatic upload for new media does not work.

In “General” section everything is checked except “Force over-writing of existing file”. In “Advanced” section “Add CORS header” is checked, also “Automatically upload minify files” and “Export changed files automatically”. All config entries are at default.

    Hello @fn16

    Thank you for the information.
Is the option “Only purge CDN manually ” enabled in Performance>CDN>Advanced?
    Thank you!

    Hi Marko,

no, in “Advanced” section “Add CORS header” is checked, also “Automatically upload minify files” and “Export changed files automatically”. Everything else in “Advanced” is unchecked. Also “Only purge CDN manually” is unchecked.

    Hello @fn16

You should definitely enable “Only purge CDN manually” because of the AWS invalidations.
Export changes automatically are for the files that re changed. So in your case for AWS origin push you need to upload the files manually.
You can also use the Purge button and add new file paths manually to upload new images instead of uploading attachments.
    Thank you!
