Images not appearing on Product Page and on the shop

    Hi,

    The problem is when I enter an external URL image in the “Featured Image From URL” box in the edit page Product I can view it correctly. But when I go to the shop page (woocomerce) or the “product page” is not seen, it looks white, like he did not recognize. Could you help me to solve this problem, please?
    The theme is Pinnacle. Is powered by WordPress 4.4.2.

    Are you filling the ALT field for the external image? It’s obligatory for products.

    The ALT field will be shown after you click on preview button.

    Did you enable WooCommerce Full Integration toggle in Featured Image from URL settings?

    Unfortunately, it’s a non standard theme.

    If you install another theme, Twenty Sixteen, for example, you will see the plugin works well.

    The only way to do your theme works is changing its code. I can do that, but I will spend some time and then there will be a cost.

    What do you need to start? name of the theme and something more?

    And I have some questions more…
    I dont lost nothing of my job, archives.. of my web, that´s right?
    When I have to pay you? I need your paypal.

    And then, when you finish, what I have to do? Modificated my code?
    Or you send my a “modificated plugin”? I dont know how is this.
