I saw you’re using CloudFlare CDN. One user had an issue before and it turns out that they have a Firewall rule affecting their images. Refer to this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/thumbnails-not-displaying-in-order-emails-but/#post-17747023
You might want to follow the steps from this post to allow hotlinking to specific images: https://developers.cloudflare.com/waf/tools/scrape-shield/hotlink-protection/

Thanks for the reply. I checked Cloudflare and it did have hotlink protection on. I turned it off. Now I can see website logo and social media logos in footer but the product images are still not appearing. I tried creating a new order to see if fresh orders show product images but they aren’t
I have also just noticed that if I check emails on gmail android app, it shows the website logo and social media logo. However If i access gmail via laptop Windows 10, the images for logo and social media are broken. Product images are either way broken.

Could you purge your Cloudflare CDN cache and see if that will fix the images for the products?
Also, what’s the URL for the product images on the email?

When I click the image, it shows a 404 (Not found) error – https://share.zight.com/4guGJdy2
This is the reason why the image is not showing. I recommend you deactivate some plugins for troubleshooting the issue.
If the doesn’t happen while a plugin was inactive, I’d recommend checking that plugin’s settings to see if there are any options that could affect images.
