Hello

Just downloaded your plugin and have it installed and mostly working. I have set up a new image and uploaded one which shows up in the RHS preview pane but nothing appears in the editing area to allow me to add hotspots. Can’t think what I might be missing. I have tried .png and .jpg files and reducing the image sizes. Can you advise please as I want to purchase the Pro version if I can get it working.

Hi Charles! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having troubles. Here are a few things that you can check:

* Be sure to click the arrow to open the editable areas for the individual hotspots as shown here: http://tylerdigital.com/document/fixing-error-need-define-clickable-areas-image/

* After adding the featured image, be sure to click the blue Save button before adding any hotspots.

If neither of those things helps, please send an email to support@tylerdigital.com with an admin login and we’ll go in and take a look for you and figure out what’s going wrong.
