Afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone could please help.

I have followed a few guides to install WordPress on Windows Server 2012 (IIS via Web Platform Installer), and I have managed to get the ‘X’ theme installed. However, when I have started to create the pages, I’ve noticed that any image that I upload appears in the ‘Media Library’, but when I use Cornerstone to select the image(s) and display them on screen, they seem to appear as a broken picture link.

I was wondering if I had missed any steps during the installation process, or if there is anything else I need to do to ensure that the images are displaying correctly?

I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cornerstone so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

Dear James,

Many thanks for your recommendation. May I ask a couple more things?

I had been using guides similar to the ones below for assistance, but I was wondering if there were any other guides to read through? I followed these guides pretty much to the letter, but I can’t figure out a few of the problems which have arisen (e.g. the images not displaying correctly).

If you have a problem not covered in those guides, I’d recommend opening a new thread, one for each issue.

These are the correct forums, unless your problem is specific to a specific theme/plugin, as each theme/plugin has their own support forum here (like Cornerstone) which are watched by their developers and support communities.
