# images missing from posts

 * why is it since i started using the paid version my images are missing from posts.
   when i go to the page such as [https://www.in2town.co.uk/grimsby-news/grimsby-and-scunthorpe-hospitals-ease-restrictions/](https://www.in2town.co.uk/grimsby-news/grimsby-and-scunthorpe-hospitals-ease-restrictions/)
   the image is not only not showing on the page, but when you go into the backend
   to the page, the image is no longer linked to the post.
 * what is going on. i am seeing this being reported over and over again with no
   solution.
 * i want answers in what is going on and how to solve this. this plugin is supposed
   to make things better but instead it has cost me days in work i should not be
   doing.

 * Can you please try to deactivate the display WebP option through Settings > Imagify
   and check if the issue is fixed?

 * that option was not ticked. it has never been used. i have hundreds of images
   that have vanished. When i go to a post, the image that should be there is no
   longer there. but the image is still in the media.
