# Images missing from posts?

 * Good afternoon. I have been running a blog/posts page for a number of years and
   have never come across this issue.
 * About 24 hours ago the images (a lot of them anyway) have disappeared from blogs.
 * I have reinstalled wordpress, i have reinstalled the theme, i have reinstalled
   plug ins that could have affected it, i have cleared and rebuilt thumbnails, 
   i have cleared and rebuilt optimised images but i can’t see anything on websites.
 * I have tried multiple computers and nothing, but heres the kicker. its fine on
   mobile and tablet and if i export the blog as a creation for xml to turn into
   a pdf it all comes up fine on that as well.
 * for some reason they are not displaying on web and i have no idea why. any suggestions?

 * Sounds like some sort of caching issue. Are you able to provide a URL to a page
   or post that is experiencing the issue so that we can examine it directly?

 * hi there. i have managed to sort it out and it seems to be working now. it was
   an issue with jetpack
 * however the issue is now that in the media library, or when i try to add images
   in the blog i can’t see thumbnails for my images only grey boxes. this is only
   in the grid view, if i drop it into list view in media library the images are
   fine.
