images missing and category issues

I am using a category that populates a featured property on our homepage. It places these in a table with a thumbnail and a small blurb with a click for more info under the text. This category has stopped working and will not load the image anymore. It is also confusing when using this category b/c it just goes into featured property space and does not link to or populate our property tab.

How can I fix these issues? I didn’t create this site I just inherited it from a paid web developer that the company I work for hired.
