Images Missing

I have setup my MailChimp account to work with my website. It syncs orders and customers just fine, except when I check the others in MailChimp – it shows images for some products, but doesn’t show images for most of my products.

That could be an issue when sending order confirmation or recommendation emails to my customers.

Thanks for posting. I’d certainly like to assist with investigating why some of those images aren’t showing up. To get started, would you be able to provide your WooCommerce System Status report? This will help us make sure the site meets all minimum requirements and double check for any possible theme or plugin conflicts.

Additionally, could you go and ahead and try a complete disconnect and reconnect of the plugin? This may be able to fetch the image URLs again to get things back in working order. You’ll want to deactivate the plugin, delete it, then reinstall it and reactivate it.

I deactivated and deleted the plugin before reinstalling, that didn’t make a difference.

Sorry for the delayed response. Looking over the System Status report, everything does check out as far as meeting the minimum requirements to run the plugin goes.

I was able to take some time to investigate here and found that while disconnecting and reconnecting the integration will allow the app to pull new and updated image URLs, if it’s still not showing the images in MailChimp, it may be the case that the image URLs are blocking MailChimp from generating the images.

In order to confirm this behavior, it will be best to reach out to MailChimp Support directly as their Support Team has the ability to access accounts directly to view this sort of behavior. You can find information on reaching out to their team here:

In the meantime, I might double check on the WordPress side to be sure that these images can be accessed by other services.
