1. If you mean the posts in the sidebar, then you would use the “AlxTabs”, “AlxPosts” and “AlxVideo” widgets to list posts as you wish. Note: If you only enable one of the 4 sections of the tab widget, no tabs will appear and it will just be a list of posts.
2. If you mean how to show images on the thumbnail, then you need to set featured image. This way you choose thumbnail.
3. If you mean how to make it show up in the single post header, you need to select “Image” in the “Format” box on the right side when editing the post. You can view all 10 post formats to see the difference here.
So I have a blog going back 12 years, with thousands of posts. After activating Hueman, all posts just have blank placeholder images on index pages. Does this mean that I would have to go into each of the thousands of posts and set a favored image to replace all of the placeholders with actual images?
Also, some posts just have embedded YouTube videos. The Regenerate Thumbnails feature is not going to add thumbnails for those videos, is it?

It will only set featured image as long as at least one image is uploaded to the post, I believe.
Interesting – thanks for the suggestions! I think that in this case I’ll save Hueman for my next new project rather than trying to back-fill this long-standing site with featured images.
