Adding to say that it looks like the Media Libray isn’t updated. It’s only showing files until July but the files in my FTP show up to August

You can use this plugin to search and replace URL of all images that have changed addresses. Also make sure to change your default upload folder to wp-content/uploads and disable any image CDN that u might be using.

Also, This plugin will help you scan all files in the uploads directory and see which ones are actually in the media library and which ones are just sitting there. It will help you import them to the database.

Thanks for the reply. My main issue is that the images in posts don’t have the correct URL like the sample in my original post above. I tried search and replace but it didn’t work

I used media sync and it did its job to bring the images to the media libray but now they’re all unattached.

May be this can help attach/Reattach in bulk : https://wordpress.org/plugins/upgrade-for-unattach-re-attach-media-attachments/#reviews

Also, found this solution which might help for featured images: https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-featured-images/

Sadly both options aren’t working for me. Thanks for the suggestions though. Still looking around for solutions.
