Images In pages

  • I did search around for a big but did not see what I was looking for. I bet there is a simple answer to this as well.

When wiring a new page is it possible to have the image righ next to the text. Like the image on the left and the text on the right? You know like how most News sits do.

    Well is says this

“1. Stick it in the middle

We need to create the CSS to center the image.
Actually, it will center anything, not just images.

From your login, go to Options, and edit ‘wp-layout.css’
Paste this into your css file;”

ok well I cant find this (‘wp-layout.css’) under “options” in the admin panel.

The article was written for WP v1.2.x but can be applied to WP v1.5. In WP v1.2.x there was one wp-layout.css. Now, under WP v1.5, each theme has its own style.css file. So, the tutorial applies to the style.css file for your current active theme.
