Hi. I have been using the Image Photo Gallery Final Tiles Grid Ultimate plan and really enjoy the plugin.

However after a recent update, there is an issue. Whenever I go to create a gallery and add an image to it, the plugin does not display the images in my media gallery.

This screenshot shows my regular media library: https://i.imgur.com/qi6aQFn.jpg

This screen shot shows the media library when trying to add images through the plugin. As you can see it doesn’t show any of them: https://i.imgur.com/RTl7WVY.jpg

Do you know what the issue might be? Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

got your email, I’ll answer here. The last release included many changes or the admin UI but actually nothing that could lead such issue.

Are you able to understand if the hidden images have something different? Maybe the way you uploaded? The image format?

Also what version of WordPress are you using?

    Cheers,
    Diego

Hi. Actually the same issue has always been present…any images I uploaded to the media library while creating a blog post did not show initially..but I was always able to select the month (such as May 2019) from the Media Library dropdown and it would display the images I uploaded to a post. However now it is showing nothing when I do so:

    I am running WordPress 5.0.3.

Do you have any plugin that add functionalities to the media panel?

Sheesh, that was it. I had a “Default Media Uploader View” plugin running. When I deactivated that, everything works great. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for the SUPER FAST response! 🙂
