Images in Media Library Not Showing

    Since upgrading some (most) of the images in my Media Library are now showing. By this I mean that within the Media Library, the image is listed but had no thumbnail and when clicking on ‘edit’, there is no image.
    Also, the images used on the front end of the site are now missing.

    I can see that the date uploaded and where the image is actually saved too (ie: uploads/2013/11/) are different.

    Could this be the issue? And how can I resolve it?
