Images in feed

Hi

I have searched your other support topics and found this:

But couldn’t get it to work and wasn’t sure if it was even the right thing.

I’m using this itunes feed

And it includes an image for each item. I’d like to be able to include that image beneath the title in hungry feed. Is this possible?
