Could you make sure that the image is large enough to be used on both Twitter and Facebook? That image should be at least 300x300px.
If that doesn’t seem to help, could you give me a few examples of the posts where you experienced the issue, so I can take a closer look?

The image size that I am assigning to the WP post as “imagen destacada” is 2705 x 403 px.

It looks like the image wasn’t there when you first published the post, and when both Social Networks crawled the post:

Did you add the image as the post’s featured image after publishing the post, or do you use a plugin to automatically create that featured image for you?
Could you try to publish a brand new post, and define the featured image before to publish the post?
