Images, Image Browsing, Image URLs

    Hi All,

    Not sure if this is an unique issue, but can’t find anything about it.

    I want users to be able to browse to the /images URL, and then see a list of all images uploaded, but only certain images, this must have pages, because I have a lot of images. When they click on an image they must go to a larger version of the image. Images must be categorised and must have slugs.

    I am not sure if I can do this with wp alone or if I need a plugin. I would like to add images with RPC though, so not sure if a plugin will allow me to do so.

    Can someone please point me in a direction to do this.

    I also don’t want image posts to show up on the landing page. Images must only be accessible from the /images url. I do however want to use images to build galleries, and the galleries can show on the landing pages.
