I have background manager Version 126.96.36.199 installed on http://growsgreen.com. The theme is COLr. After I upgraded to wordpress 3.7.1, the background image is gone.
I am also using w3 total cache Version 0.9.3
The theme requires a body_class() function for its <body> tag:
same happened to me. how can i fix that if i am using a theme which is not default and which i am not the creator?
i will answer myself. find the header.php of your theme and replace
<body <?php body_class(); ?>>
Indeed. I'm glad you managed to find it - I didn't make that clear with my previous response, sorry.
I had same problem popping up simultaneously on two WordPress installations, so thank you very much to theruck for the solution.
And thank you very much to myatu for a plugin that I appreciate very much.
New install of your plugin on a new custom developed theme with <body <?php body_class(); ?>> in header. Latest version of WordPress. No other plugins are activated. Every background manager configuration I try through the administration of the plugin settings, same result: white background with no background images.
The preview area for the plugin settings shows the background/s. I have dug through the forum to search for a solution.
I am stumped, can you offer some guidance? Your plugin looks to be fantastic and I really want to use it.
And thank you!
Fixed my issue. VERY VERY basic, comment out the body background in the style sheet.
Looks great. Love the plugin!
