Images doubles

    Hi, loving your theme… installed it one month ago, however when I want to update to latest version, the product images on archivepage, homepage and related products on single productpage get doubled. The same productpictures are then twice displayed and it messes up the lay-out. Because it looks very weard I have placed back previous version.

    I can not figure out what causes this problem. I am using childtheme. Maybe you know the solution for me?

    PS What I already tried out:
    – Saving archivepages again.
    – Saving products again
    – Saving homepage again
    – Disabled other plugins
    – Adding new product to see if it has same problem
    – Delete custom functions in childtheme
    – Empty cache

    PS2. Found out that it is not the main image that doubles, but the first gallery-image that is shown below main. Now it is the same issue as in this post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/2-2-4-product-gallery-images-on-home-page/
    Only with me it is not only homepage that gives this problem, but also archivepages and related products. I will subscribe to other topic.

    Hi Rodica, thank you for your support. Mu website is http://zininzijn.emilia.nl but no need to look anymore, because half an hour ago I updated again to latest version for you to show… and surprise surprise… the problem is gone now!
    So very very very happy!

    I will doublecheck if everything is still working fine, but for now it looks good. And otherwise I will let you know.

    Oops, I was too quick with being enthousiastic… on taxonomypage and brandpage, f.e. http://zininzijn.emilia.nl/pa_auteur/osho/ and http://zininzijn.emilia.nl/collectie/nieuwe-boeken/ the problem is still there.

    From what I see, you still don’t have the latest version of the theme. Can you please update and let me know if you still have problems?

    Hi Rodica,

    I had updated fridayafternoon… but then friday-evening and saturday occurred also other problems, like warninglines in the header, and problems to login. I worked 12 hours to fix it and get the warninglines away, but could not manage it. Together with the not good looking pages, I decided to place back previous version on sunday, because I do not want to go my customers go away.

    What I will do now is buy more webspace and make a copy of my website on other subdomain and hide it then by password. So then we can look easily at the new versionproblems without having problems for customers.

    As soon as I have made the copy I will give you the password to visit the site.
    Today I am ill, but I expect within a few days, to have the new testsite online.

    I’ll let you know.

    Want to let you know that with your latest version everything is working fine now. No problems anymore… and all products are displayed correctly.
