Images don't display on retina mobile

    Hello,

    My blog hosts images that are mostly something like 700*1000. It works fine on desktop, but when I open my site on mobile then all images appear for a few seconds and then starts to disappear one by one. Instead of image I see question mark. I have also tried to install Retina plugin after 4.4 upgrade, but it has no effect. Could you help me?

    Friend of mine told me told me that it’s some issue with mobiles that support retina.

    Hey there janzelinka!

    On what mobile devices does this happen? Have you tried clearing your caches?

    Yes, I tried cleaning cache.

    I have only one mobile phone (pretty unknown) – Takee 1. My friend replicated one of my pages on his server and it loaded fine on his end.

    What browser does the mobile device use? Is it up to date? Are you able to provide a link to the site?

    I tried default browser (it says Android 4 only) and Mozzila (up to date), but with no effect. It’s from adult niche so I guess I can’t post url here. I have installed WP Retina 2x plugin and it has some function to make pictures in different sizes, but again no effect.
