Images don’t appear on website

Hello,

I have an issue with images not appearing. I have deleted the posts in question and put them back up several times without luck. I can see the images when I create or edit a post, and they are visible if you click on the ugly green square. The pics I am using were properly uploaded and appear in the media library.
I have checked the permissions at the server level and everything is good.

What am I missing?
