When you edit the following page, do you see a shortcode?
    http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=227

If so, what is the shortcode that you see?

I noticed that you also have the following javascript error on your page:

    GET http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/wp-content/themes/full-frame/js/jquery.cycle/jquery.cycle2.js.map 404 (Not Found)

The above error might be affecting the display too.

There is no short code on 227. I /don’t see or get the 404 error on mine. The thumbnails are there on the gallery page http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=225 and on the page for first gallery http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=249 short code [wppg_photo_gallery id=”1″] is on 249 then when you click on the picture a blank page comes up. http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=227&gallery_id=1&image_id=229 and no sort code on it.

    Edit the following page:

    http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=227

    and add this shortcode:

    [wppg_photo_details]

I added the shortcode and now page reads This page is for displaying the details of a selected photo. Please click on a photo from one of the galleries to see the details. When I click on a thumbnail in the Gallery I get this
logan (this is name of picture)
    Displaying photo 1 of 7
« Previous Photo Next Photo »
    Back To Gallery Page

    No picture

    Really appreciate your help

The reason for the broken photo on the details page is because it appears that the plugin thinks that the photo is in the “wppg_gallery_tmp_dir” directory.

This usually happens when someone starts creating a new gallery and uploads some photos but doesn’t save the gallery. This is easily fixed.
Either delete that gallery and create it again but make sure to save the gallery after uploading the photos.
    OR,
Delete those photos currently in the gallery and upload them again.

Let me know if you any issues after doing the above.

I deleted all galleries and added a new gallery and saved. Still had same issue. Deleted pages for gallery and albums, deactivated Simple Photo Gallery, activated and started over, remembering to save etc. Same issue. Deleted plug in, added new and tried again. Same issue. Tried to add new pages for gallery and album and added short code as it said to those pages. Same issue. Any other idea?

As info there is no longer http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=227 page for me to add the shortcode [wppg_photo_details] to. It looks like when I click on the picture to view it it is askign for the page here is link http://wp.quigleyfamily.org/?page_id=227&gallery_id=8&image_id=389 Maybe I need to add that page again but how to get it added with the id227. or change directory to new page

Maybe I need to add that page again but how to get it added with the id227

This is because the page is in your trash and the plugin still sees it but can’t use it.

To fix this, do the following:
    1) Delete all pages in your WP trash

    2) Deactivate and re-activate the Photo gallery plugin.

The above should fix up the missing pages.

In the meantime we will add a tweak to our code to detect if the pages are in trash and hence prevent this from happening again.

Wow did as you suggested and still same issue. I can see the gallery thumbnail on the gallery home page. I clock it and it takes me to a page with all the thumbnails on it and box with view photo under each one. I clock on the box and it goes to a page that is suppose to show the picutre but it only shows file name in a box displaying 1 of 6 a previous and next box and no picture. When I edit that page it has [wppg_photo_details]

Again appreciate your help on this. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I can still see that for some reason the plugin is trying to get your photos from the “wppg_gallery_tmp_dir” directory.
What happens when you create a brand new gallery and upload photos again from your computer?
Remember to save the gallery settings after you upload your photos.

I did and same thing. I went to another Word Press Site installed Simple Photo Gallery made sure I saved Gallery and got same thing when trying to view individual picture from Gallery. Could it be something I am doing on site set up that would cause this?

Thanks to Peter this has been resolved. Issue with not having something in the Watermark field. Temporarily enter a period and it works great. A fix will be coming.

    Hi Tom,
Fix has now been released, so you can update the plugin whenever you want.
