Hi,
we are using NGG 2.0.59. but this happend on 2.0.58. but the issue persist after upgrade as well.
I have lost all my images. To be clear, images are still there on server, no-one touch the database. All rows are still there, but i can’t see any galleries, albums or single images on frontend and in the administration as well. But if i look to the Manage galleries i can see button go to other page of result. I am not sure then i said that right so there is
printscreen. .
Anyone has any idea what it could be?
I don’t know when exactly that happened, but i know there was no big change, no new plugin, maybe WP upgrade them-self, but i don’t think so.
Thank’s for answers

I am sorry, one mistake. I tried upgrade on the other web which is running on same server. The upgrade was from NGG 2.0.33 to 2.0.59 and i get the same issue. So could be problem in limited access to database. The login what wp use can’t change a structure of tables. And if i look on Changelog i guess there could be the problem am i right? i ll try it and i’ll write the result.

My problem was with acces to database. I had permission just for input new rows and collums but no for changing the structure of database. So i went back to older version NGG and changed permission to database. Upgrade the NGG and then change the permission back.
I don’t know if this help. But check permission to database.

Hi, maybe similar here. Everything looks good in folders structure and myadmin, but in wp-admin > manage galleries, there’s nothing inthere, zero galleries. In version 2.0.40 works fine – but I’ve tested later versions and all have same issue.
Latest WP.
Have a nice day

Hi, i’m using WP 3.9 over NGG 2.0.59. and some errors are occurring :

1. my galleries are not displaying any image, instead i have: Invalid Displayed Gallery
2. on page buttons the NG green square is inactive i.e. doesn’t work, wich means i can’t select any of NG galleries

help needed !!!

Hi, i was having this on my pages : Invalid Displayed Gallery

The ngg green button of is not working in posts and/or pages.

The generated usal code was : <img class=”ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem” src=”http://…com/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–53″ alt=”” />

I had to change all my galleries to the normal ngg code : [ngg_images gallery_ids=”5″ gallery_height=”230″” display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_slideshow”]

This SOLVED my problem !!!!
