images different cart configuration options

Hello
Could you please help me?

when I select configuration then go to cart

the picture in the cart is not the same as I chose the configuration.

The picture in the cart only shows the initial product.

can change the image in the cart the same as when selecting in the configuration?

Hi Agung,

In order to show the configured image in the cart, you need to enable it in Settings > Product Configurator > General Options > Show configuration image in cart and checkout.

Hi Agung,

If the configuration image is displayed properly in the cart but not in the checkout, it means that it’s likely that the checkout image is added by the theme or an other plugin, but doesn’t have the appropriate PHP filter.

Could you send me an URL of the product?
If you don’t want it to be public, you can send it on the premium support page.
