Images aren’t loading

    Hello
    The pictures on my homepage are not loading. Sometimes they do; sometimes they don’t. When they don’t , they just show the alt text. Also, the pinterest pictures I put at the end of my posts are not loading. For example please see the one at the end of my ‘Why you should write short stories’ post. There is just a circle of lines going round. I would appreciate any help at all as I am at my wits end with it.

    maybe a plugin conflict?
    can you try
    install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme
    might help narrow down the source of the issue

    Hi I deactivated all plugins (sorry I have now realised I should have done this earlier) and the problem is Jetpack. I have had to deactivate Jetpack. Could this be because I have 2 websites with the same host and Jetpack got confused or something? I have kept Jetpack on my other website because that one is working fine (the address is sffdirect.com) but I have had to disable Jetpack on carolinehumes.com. I am sorry if that is a stupid question. I am new to this. I only got my websites a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so much for your help; I don’t feel alone!
