Hello. Do you use a caching plugin and/or Cloudflare?
Also, it would be useful to see your .htaccess file.
What is a caching plugin ?
And “.htaccess file.” ?
Thanks u
.htaccess is a file present at the root of your WordPress installation.
If you cant remember the plugins you have installed, go from the dashboard
Tools –> Site Health –> Info –> Copy site Info to Clipboard
Then paste your clipboard here.
I know what plugins I have installed, but it doesn’t help me with the image problem I have…
OK, you know, but the problem may well occur because of a security plugin, an image optimization plugin, a page caching plugin… and so on.
Can you paste the info from site health?
the health info of the site tells me that everything is ok
I deactivated and activated my plugins to see where it was coming from, it seems it was coming from nimble builder, a plugin I use to make all the pages of my site
however, some pages the images are present but the home page not
and I can’t deactivate my plugin because the page disappears… I’m stuck…
Static page, or latest posts?
Which theme?
Is it the main theme, or a child theme?
Static page, the “meraki” theme
it’s the main theme i use for all pages
Yes, but this is a wordpress dot com theme (not org), which is not tested with php 7.x
Or you are taliking about this paid theme?

Is your site hosted at wordpress dot com, or it’s self hosted?

My site is hosted at wordpress.com
I bought a domain name, everything is ok
still no images
and no its this theme : https://wordpress.com/fr/theme/meraki
free theme
I’m surprised you were even able to install nimble builder at a wordpress dot com site.
This plugin is aimed for wordpress dot org at self-hosted sites. It won’t work properly (or at all) in wordpress dot com environment.

ok thanks, can anyone else help me?
I don’t think so. Nimble Builder is not designed for wordpress.com
There, you are (very) limited regarding the plugins you can use, and AFAIK the only page builder that you can use is the Block Editor.
thanks, maybe someone has another opinion
