Good day!

I faced such a problem: the plugin seems to have configured correctly, there are no critical errors, upon completion, the plugin reported a successful conversion.

Then I checked if there were any changes according to the method described in FAQ. There are no changes, the type is still png or jpg

Something I, apparently, do not understand 🙁

Hello @trudak,

Thanks for your message.

Images on your website are being loaded from a different domain than the domain on which the website is located.

Select the “Force redirections to WebP for all domains” option in the settings. This should help you.

I cannot enable this option, it is inactive. For some reason I can’t choose it.

@trudak Are you using via .htaccess mode?

No, the .htaccess mode does not work for me. Displays error: Error codes: bypassing_apache, my site is on Ngynx. I have Pass Thru enabled.
