    Hello,

    I got weird error after plugin update, before it was working fine. Some of the albums are not showing images, but images are still available in media library. It showing blank, when i try to edit the image in album, then it shows please wait message and nothing happen.

    Also on the front-end it shows there are number of images in the album but it’s not clickable.

    Can you please help me with that, how can resolve this issue?

    We have checked our end it’s working fine its look like some images deleted from your gallery.
    Please create new for test and then check.

    I am facing the exact same issue, last month I created albums, and now I tried to create a new Album, I am unable to open the Album, no link, and the album thumbnail is missing. I tried re-uploading the Pictures in the gallery, still doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Can you please share your website link so that we can inspect from our side? You can also chat with our support team on our website for fast support.

    If you are using any cache plugin, then please clear the cache after you update the plugin. You can also try the deactivate and delete the plugin and install a fresh copy. Do not worry about your data. All data added by you will be safe.

    I did the same what you mentioned above, still have the same issue.
