Images and titles are missing after logout. WP: 4.7.4

    Hi Great Community!

    Intro:
    I just installed WP manually from latest.gz on Ubuntu 16.10.
    Applied Zerif Light theme.

    Problem:
    All looks good when I’m logged, but when I logout, the site missing some texts and images, and sometimes “ribbons” completely. When I changed text, button and some titles then appeared. But some images in the footer and ribbon still does not appear.

    What I tried to do:
    1. Clear firefox and restart it.
    2. Access with IE, clear its cache and restart.
    2. Disabled all plugins.
    3. ‘touch’ed all files in /var/www/html dir
    4. Prohibited If-Modified-Since and If-None-Match to ensure that no 304 code returned, but only fresh disk file.
    5. Synchronized time with virtual machine and host.
    5. Restarted apache several times
    6. Restarted mysql
    7. Re-installed WP from its Update page.

    This is vmware install if it matters.
