Images and text not showing in elementor front end

My site has a lot of imagery and text and it all shows up fine on the published page, but when I am editing it with Elementor about ,a third of the way down the page none of my text or images are showing up just grey boxes with the image or text icon. This has never happened before and I am just wondering if it’s because I have quite a lot of text and images. The link I have provided is what shows up in the elementor editor.
