Images and movie clips

    Can anyone please tell me the best way to embed or attach pictures and/or .mov files?

    I have tried the <embed> tag but the images will not load properly in browsers like FireFox or IE. Safari can read it and the pages look good.

    Please help. I’m a newbie on this and some help will definitely be totally appreciated.
