Images

Fairly new 2 WP. I have an image and basically I get the finger/hand when I hover over it and when I click on the image it takes me to a 404 page.
Basically I placed the image in the visual part of the post page and copied the code to my sidebar widget. I think there is something that I can add to the code to prevent it from acting like a link.
